Sub Completion of Tenure of Independent Directors\r\nThis is to inform you that the term of appointment of two Independent Directors,Dr. Prabhakar Kore and Mr. Gurudas Narekuli stands completed on 31st March 2024. They would cease to be directors of the Company w.e.f April 1, 2024.
